3 Tips on How to Positively Cope With Puberty

What’s up, fellow teens? I hope your day has been and will be absolutely fabulous! ✨

If you are a teenager, chances are you are going through (or about to go through) puberty. Me being one of the kids who started puberty earlier than most, I understand why this point in our lives can be tough.

This is exactly why today, I wanted to give you all 3 Tips on How to Positively Cope With Puberty. I know that this moment in our lives can be very uncomfortable, but, trust me, this stage will pass! ✨

So, are y’all ready to figure out how we can all deal with the weird changes in our bodies? Yes? Well, let’s get started!

  1. Try to bathe every or every other day.

You know, a huge part of puberty is that our sweat glands become more active, so it is completely normal to perspire more than you did when you were younger. However, it’s because of this that a lot of us experience body odor. To prevent it from becoming out of control, try to bathe every 1 or 2 days. If there is anything that I have learned, it’s that, during and after puberty, personal hygiene is a must!

2. Try doing relaxing activities in your free time.

Have you ever felt super optimistic one minute, and then broken into tears the next? Well, if so, then these are called mood swings, when your mood changes abruptly. To help cope with certain emotions, especially negative ones, it is always a good idea to do yoga, breathing exercises, listen to relaxing music, talk to your best friend, or do anything else that calms you down. Before you know it, all of that stress and anxiety will melt away!

3. Create a skin care routine.

Fortunately, my skin has never been an issue, for me. However, a lot of teenagers get spots on their skin called acne. Although, I haven’t really gone through it, I know that this can make some people feel self conscious. By cleaning and moisturizing your face, every day and night, it can help reduce the amount of spots on your skin!

Okay, everyone! I really hope those 3 Tips on Positively Coping with Puberty helped you! Don’t forget, this is just a season, and it is a season that we will all pass. But don’t worry, you’ll be thankful for the season when you are all grown up and looking more gorgeous then you every have before!

Have a wonderful, beautiful, and happy day, fellow teens! Peace! ✨
