3 Ways to Stay Joyful

Hey, fellow teens! I hope everyone is having a really happy day! You know, with this pandemic going on, a lot of us have been a little more stressed, or concerned, then usual. Especially with the latest surge in COVID-19 cases. However, today, I wanted to help all of us feel a little bit better! ✨

It always makes your day a little bit brighter when you have some joy in your heart, soul, and mind! In fact, why don’t I give you all some tips to help us feel some good vibes?

Are you ready to feel some joy? ✨

Let’s get started!

1. Listen to some peaceful music or sounds.

Sometimes, it’s just a good idea to sit down and relax. One activity that can help you do that is by listening to some soft, peaceful music. Whether it is the sound of ocean waves, rain, or even some smooth instrumental jazz, peaceful sounds can really help make your day sunnier.

2. Watch a funny comedy show.

One of the things that never fails to make me smile is laughing. By watching a funny cartoon or sitcom, it can really help turn your frown upside down, especially when you enjoy all of the jokes with the ones that you love.

3. Spend time with people you admire.

As I mentioned in my last tip, spending time with your family and friends is one of the best ways to make my day better. If you have a funny sibling or best friend, then it’s always a good idea to go to them for a good laugh, or even share whatever you are feeling or going through. The good thing is, true friends won’t judge you, but listen to you and lift you up!

✨✨✨

Alrighty everybody, I hope that these tips will help you all put a smile on your amazing faces! Remember, if you or someone you know are going through depression, anxiety, both, or any other issue, please REACH OUT FOR HELP! It’s always better to do it before it’s too late!
