Have you ever had an insecurity? I know for a fact that a large majority of people either have or have had several insecurities. We all have to learn to love ourselves from the inside out, and for some people, it takes longer then it does with others. ✨
The truth is, we all deserve to feel good about ourselves. So let’s learn how to stop being insecure about the things that give us our identity, and value ourselves for who we are!
- Don’t overthink. ✨

A lot of times, we are the ones that are in our own heads. Try not to think too much about the things that make you feel insecure. Unless there is some type of serious physical or mental issue that you have, there is no need to put yourself down through your own thoughts.
2. Say positive things to yourself. ✨

Whenever a negative thought tries to pop up in your mind, replace it with a positive one. Talk to yourself, and instead of saying things that make you feel bad, say things that help you feel confident. The more you say it, the more you will believe it,
3. Talk about your feelings with those you trust. ✨

Besides the Lord, no human being can read our minds. This is why, if you are feeling a certain way about yourself, it is important to take the time to talk to your family and friends (whom you trust), about your insecurities. It can make you feel a lot better when someone who you love, and who loves you is listening to how you feel. Open up!
I hope you all enjoyed learning about some exercises that we can all preform in order to boost our confidence in ourselves. Remember, our insecurities are part of what makes us who we are.
Have a beautiful day everyone! ✨
