An Evening Stroll – The Importance of Exercise

When was the last time that you took a nice walk outside? Me and Goodmommy did so today, and I feel so good! It’s really refreshing to get out in the nature and get some exercise. Not only that, but it is also an opportunity to talk to and laugh with your friends and family.

We walked for about 30 minutes, which was over a mile! Even though we might not feel like exercising all the time, when we do, it causes us to feel great inside and out!
