Christmas Tree, Christmas Night

Since Christmas is right around the corner, I decided to write a poem inspired by the merry holiday. And I wanted to share it with you all!

The lights on our tree
They glisten in the light
No one can disagree
They light up Christmas night

The bright lights twinkle like a star
Floating in outer space
The ornaments are so unique
Each one has its own place

We hark the herald angels
One, two, and three
We sing in harmony together
The hours will foresee

Hand in hand we pray 
In happiness and delight
That we will see your lights again
On next year’s Christmas night
